Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at achiccharisma Ventures. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Items marked as "final sale"

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any restocking fees that may apply to certain items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping carrier and tracking number (if applicable)
  • Details of your communication with your bank/credit card company

We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process.
